These postcards are some of my favourites from the collection Postcards of Female and Male Impersonators and Cross-Dressing in Europe and the United States 1900-1930. I love pictures where people look like they're having such a good time!

This is an old collection so please be mindful of the terms "impersonator" and "cross-dressing" in this context. Language around trans* people has changed a lot, and also we love our siblings who love to play with gender perfomance in any terms, even if they're not ones we personally identify with!
